Whether it's a new application, technical question, or a system that needs maintenance, Dapra offers multiple ways to solve your challenge. From remote support to onsite service, we have you covered. Review the support levels below and select which best fits your need.

Technical Support

Existing Dapra customers are eligible for free technical support by reaching out to the technicians and engineers at our Service Center:

  • By Phone – Call 1-800-442-6275 and ask for the Service Center (M-F, 8 am to 5 pm EST).
  • By Email – Send your question or a synopsis of your issue to service@dapra.com.

In many cases, our team can support your needs through:

  • Remote Virtual Access – If your system is networked, the Dapra Service Center can log in remotely and walk through your issue. Available upon request, contact us by phone or email first to discuss your problem.

Service & Repair

With use comes wear and our Service Center is fully capable of bringing your system back to full functionality. To request service for your equipment, please complete the form below and email it to service@dapra.com. Our team will reach out to you within 24 hours.

Onsite Service

We recognize that sometimes it's not practical to send your equipment to us. To request Onsite Service, please complete the form below and email it to service@dapra.com. Our team will reach out to you within 24 hours to review your issue and schedule a visit.
