Dapra is pleased to now offer the new Technomark Multi 4 Modular Marking System. The Multi 4 is the first ever modular direct part marking tool to meet all industrial part identification and tracking needs. It is suitable for all part sizes and surfaces.

With up to 1,000 possible settings, the Multi 4 can mark numbers, letters, logos, special characters and Data Matrix Codes of varying heights and depths. The machine can mark several characters per second and, since the characters are indented into the material, the marking is permanent.

The Multi 4 is made up of two parts: a mechanical marking head and an electronic numerical controller. Lightweight and simple to operate, the system is ready to use right out of the box. Its optional integrated battery makes it fully stand-alone. The Multi 4's character fonts comply with aeronautical and automotive industry standards.

The Multi 4 is available in four versions (the Multi.4-120 marking head is shown in all photos below):

Multi 4 C Combo 2-in-1 Model Multipurpose: The same tool can be used to mark both the smallest and the largest pieces. Flexible: Only a few seconds to change from a bench-top fixed tool to a hand-held marking gun. Easy to Use: User friendly, fast and easy to operate. Easy Upgrades: Add-on peripherals allow you to do even more (see list below).

Multi 4 B Bench-Top Model Precise: Easy-to-read, aesthetically pleasing permanent marking. Effective: For small- and medium-sized pieces, whether a single part or mass production. Easy to Use: Keyboard all of the necessary marking data in just a few seconds. Secure: No errors or mistakes – all data is stored in memory.

Multi 4 I Integrator Model Compact: Easy to integrate into your production lines. Adaptable: May be controlled by an external system using an RS232 connection or via I/O. Highly Productive: Marks several characters per second. Reliable: Manufactured for industry using quality tried and tested components.

Multi 4 G Hand-Held Gun Fully Portable: Standard AC power or optional battery mode for maximum flexibility. Light and Easy to Handle: It works in all positions. Robust and Compact: Can be used in workshops as well as outdoors to mark small, medium and large pieces. Economical.
